Send your Files

Getting your art work files to us couldn’t be simpler. We’ve ensured that no matter how big they are there is always a way for us to receive them! Use the guide below to find your best option.

Using the email attachment approach for files that are larger than five megabyte isn't effective and it may never reach the recipient because some Internet providers don't allow large files through.

You can use Internet Explorer to transfer files between your computer and our FTP server. Any type of file can be transferred easily and quickly and transferred to or from your computer. Simply Email Jon Tolley to request our FTP details.

Files should be supplied uncompressed wherever possible; Zip/Stuff it may be used to compress files if necessary. DVD / CDs will not be returned unless specifically requested at time of order. We try to hold any supplied artwork in case of re-printing but this cannot be guaranteed. After saving to disk please close the file on your machine and check the file from the disk i.e. the file may not have copied correctly.

Please ensure all artwork for print is supplied in line with our specifications. Artwork received that is not in line with these specifications may be subject to amendment charges. See our guide to Artwork and Printing Tips.
